PASSPORT
Welcome to the Passport Information page. Please follow the direction. Fill out the form and make sure all the information you provide is correct. Return the form to the Consular Office after meeting the below requirements.
Requirements:
1. Complete and personally sign the passport application Form
2. Attach three recent photos with white background size 3.5 x 3.5
3. Attach Identity Card (Tazkira), Old passport
4. In case of inability to produce sufficient documents to obtain a passport,
verification of two Afghans residents of Islamabad or Rawalpindi who have
valid passport and proper visa.
Passport Processing Fees:
- For One year US Dollars 24
- For two years US Dollars 44
- For three years US Dollars 64
- For four years US Dollars 84
- For five years US Dollars 104
All fees must be paid in cash against an official receipt to the Consulate section of the Embassy.
