Power of Attorney
Please follow the directions. Write an application with details of your identity (Name, Father's Name, Grand Father Name, Date of Birth, ID (Tazkira/Passport Number and current and permanent addresses). Please submit your application to the Consulate Section after meeting the below requirements.
- Incase the property is inherited and has many heirs; the Original Inheritance Letter must be produced to the Consulate Section of the Embassy.
- Any Power of Attorney must be registered in the court after verification of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, within one year from the date of issue.
Power of attorney processing fees: (US Dollar 100)
All fees must be paid in cash to against official receipt to the Consulate Section.
